![]() ![]() Regarding the 'PCG' you actually should very rarely see anything that the PCG did instead of you and it sounds like the frequency of some tasks are not set correctly by your office team, if you could let us know who to contact we can help get this corrected for you. Thank you for your feedback - we are actually rolling out security options that are HIPPA compliant (face ID and fingerprint next year and apologize that it is not as convenient now. This app does not appear to consider the caregiver, there are so many things that could make the user experience so much better. Why is the clock feature hidden? Why is information subdued and not viewable even though you just typed it and it’s related to what you may currently be typing? Why do we need to type 1 each time the pt voids, shouldn’t that be default and anything over that we change the number as needed.Another time waster. Why am I FORCED to say the PCG followed orders when I wasn’t there? That question should not be asked if it wasn’t your shift. Even on your personal secure device you can’t save your login or utilize new features such as fingerprints. Kicks you out often (time wasted logging back in). Terrible user experience, updates seem to make it worse each time. ![]()
